I made a 4 hour drive to my spot in Ohio this morning for an hour of hunting. This guy shagged a doe right in front of me and I couldn't resist 14 paces quartering away. He died 50 yds away within sight. Same arrow and broadhead I used Thursday (touched up of course)

Getting him out through the swamp. Dragging sucks but I can't get in there with a machine and didn't want to quarter him there in the honey hole.

Thanks. They are certainly not on the same level as the bucks you take, but the struggle stick is a different game and I'm happy with them and how clean both kills were.

Wow! Outstanding!

I probably missed it in another post or something, but what bow, etc. are you shooting?

And with Fred Bear’s Razorhead no doubt! Is that a 145 gr but without bleeders so a little less than 145?

VERY cool!

When I was in the sporting goods biz, we referred to that as a "Real" bow!

It has a bleeder. It just got trashed center punching a rib. Total weight with insert is 160, give or take 5. These aren't expensive precision heads. LOL

Very impressive, a real bow and Bear Razorheads.
I’ve killed a few, back in the day with that broadhead, but my bow had training wheels.

When I hunted with a recurve that's the broadhead that I used. Can't believe the cost of archery gear these days, all the gear I ever owned only cost a fraction of what a compound bow or crossbow cost now. Times certainly have changed.
