I’m looking for an affordable puffy jacket…. Lightweight would be good…. Full zip with hood. I need it for an insulation layer under my rain gear when fishing in my bass boat. Color not too important but natural colors would be nice…. Less than $100? Thx

These Puffy Jackets are pretty affordable.
Thoroughly enjoying Alaska since 2001.

Mountain Hardwear, Marmot or equivalent.
A bit more difficult to find at under $100 during winter season, but doable with searches.

I have the decathlon and have been happy with it. It's the only puffy I have, so my experience is limited, but I have a hard time seeing it beat for the price.

What does 'welded' mean when fastening fabrics together?
The Black Ovis says 'welded' ? to keep the down in place.
Sewn/glued/heated together?

No hood but the Swiss tech puffy at Walmart is pretty nice. Low $30s.

I have a couple.
More like a "sweater" layer than an actual "puffy". Cheap and work well.

I ordered one of the above mentioned Black Ovis jackets. It arrived yesterday. Perfect. Today is "cold" (for Tucson) and rainy. Put it on as i exercised the dog out back..very very happy with it. Extremely light. Very comfy. Seems very warm, for I'd guess 25, maybe 30 or so degrees.
