Has anyone tried one of these? Thinking of trying one on my predator calling rifle. The scope I have makes reaching the charging handle tough when wearing gloves.

Get a proper mount and push the ocular lense in front of the charging handle like it’s supposed to be. But they also make extended charging handles that work.

No. Not in my case or specific need. The rear charging handle sucks for running manual, with the gas off, especially with thermals.

No I just looked at the abomination he linked and know there’s a better way.

Let’s remember this is done at the beginning of range session, hunt or whatever and the gun takes over from there. How hard can it be?

Again, I have a specific purpose in mind where even that ‘abomination’ beats the [bleep] out of rear charging, period.
