Appears to me the executive branch is saying we won't enforce the Constitution on this issue. I suppose the executive branch has the ability to selectively enforce the law, they have done it locally during the Antifa and BLM riots. I guess the next step is for someone to file a law suit requesting they follow the SC ruling, or maybe contempt of court charges. Is contempt of court punishable by executIon? Anyone venture to guess where it goes from here?

Correct! The Constitution can be amended to make abortion a right if enough of the country wants it to be so. There is a reason it is not easy to ammend the Constitution. There is a provision for doing so. Politicians have been trying to find ways around the law for decades. Kinda like criminals. But I repeat myself.
