Please read these 2 lines from the original post for clarification:

Becareful of dealing with CCA. I told him 'I'll take it" on multiple items he listed for sale years ago, and when my check didn't arrive, he stated that some of those items may be still available by the time another check arrived. I asked what do you mean, and he stated that since the money hadn't arrived yet, that others had already sent money to him via paypal for the same items I had already said "I'll take it for', so he crawfished and sold the items out from under me. I asked him what would have happened if my check did arrive after you already sold the items I said I would purchase, and he stated that he'd refund the portion that was gone. In otherwords, I'll take it means nothing with him, so buyer beware. When I asked further about why he did that he stated that it's not a contract until payment is made, and yet at the time he had his linkedin account stated he had a BA in Business Management. He made his linkin account private after I acknowledged this to him in questioning, but now his account states that he has a BS in "Business with Concentration in Culinary Arts".

Hahahaha. When you have a business in the gun industry you get called a lot of things. But crawfish is one of my favorites. So you paid for something (late as you admit), I no longer had for sale and I refunded your money for the items I didn't have, but somehow I am the bad guy?

And for the record, not that its anyone's business, but I do have a Bachelor of Science with a focus in business with an associates degree in Culinary arts, I spent 13 years as a chef and even had my very own restaurant for 13 short months but the economic downturn of 08 killed that....Now here we are defending ourselves on an outdated forum because someone can't use PayPal or a credit card so its my fault they couldn't get a check delivered in a reasonable amount of time....

WTF are you using PayPal for to transact gun sales. That’s a good way to get the funds you, and anyone buying from you, stolen by them. As schitty as it is, it’s right in your user agreement. That’s not good business sense. Do you take cc’s and not thru Paypal?

We do not accept PayPal for gun payments. We accept PayPal only for component sales.

All cc charges are done directly through our credit card processor.
