Could members please post pics with different Speckletone Granite Finish Colored stocks here. Maybe Rick Bin could make it a "Sticky". Im sure it would help all members deciding on what combinations they want. McMillan has very little examples of Speckletone Granite stocks on their website.

Just ordered olive base with black and tan speck - dunno what it will look like. It can be easily changed if I don't like it of course.

gabbott, That is the same combination that I ordered in February. I should be able to show mine first. I have been asking for these photos for some time now.

Looks good! I should hopefully have one soon, as I ordered about a month after you. It'll be similar, but with gray instead of tan.

Looks good! I have the same olive with black/tan speckles finishing up in about a month.

Here is a Remington Classic Edge short action ADL. Color combo is brown base and black speckle finish with a red 1" recoil pad.
Sorry the picture quality isn't better - its a really nice combo though and the speckle adds some really nice texture to the stock.

I ordered my olive with black/tan specks on March 21st and got the call today that it shipped out. Can't wait to see it!

Got a brown with black speckle ordered for my 416 but it'll likely be year end when I see it.

Here's my Hunter EDGE in olive with black/tan specks. Turned out pretty nice.

I just got my McMillan today. It's black with gray specs. I'm liking it.

A couple folks asked me for a better picture since the "olive" looked more greenish/ grey.



I really like the olive/black/tan color combo.

I just sent in a stock for a LOP change and to have repainted afterwards in olive with black and grey specks. I think it'll look pretty good on a SS rifle, and I'll try to remember to post some pics once I get it back.

Got in an olive with gray and black splatter, intending to go with a matte CM action and SS barrel. It should work. The gray blends in with the olive to a much greater degree than the tan. If you want contrast, go with tan specks.

BTW, this M7KS handle has no checkering but the granite paint is very "grippy". More than what I've seen with their standard one-color paint jobs and more than what you get from a typical H-S or B&C.

Olive green and brown with no checkering on a SS Classic FWT. I actually bought this on the "specials" page at a discount. With the rough texture all over I see no need for checkering
