My prediction, again, actually a repeat:

A few, less than 10%, will be empowered and make something of the windfall....

Most will be broke, again, in less than 3 years....

There will be a housing boom followed about 3 years later by a bust.

There will be a run on the Land Yacht luxury vehicles.....

AND after 5 years the screaming will start for MORE, MORE, MORE.............

But I could be wrong, I'm often wrong, it's part of my charm.................

Maybe the mass migration of blacks to California will cause it to break off into the ocean and capsize like Guam

Remember: San Francisco was deliberately targeted for corruption and ruination by the (((communists))) because it had turned into a good, decent city. The (((commies))) knew that if they could turn SFO, they could do it to every city in America.

This has come up here before. Just bear in mind that a few years back, they passed a free medical care plan for everyone, then before the ink was dry announced there was no money for it. I smell the same rat here.

They’re also talking about chasing the folks that escape their paradise with wealth taxes. Gonna be fun watching that one.

California doesn't have a Federal Reserve. It can't print up money and give it to Negroes even if it wanted to.

• Migrated to San Francisco between 1940 and 1996 and has proof of residency in San Francisco for at least 13 years
• Personally, or the direct descendant of someone, incarcerated by the failed War on Drugs
• Record of attendance in San Francisco public schools during the time of the consent decree to complete desegregation within the school system
• Descendant of someone enslaved through U.S. chattel slavery before 1865
• Displaced, or the direct descendant of someone displaced, from San Francisco by Urban Renewal between 1954 and 1973
• Listed, or the direct descendant of, a Certificate of Preference holder
• Member of a historically marginalized group that experienced lending discrimination in San Francisco between 1937 and 1968 or, subsequently, experienced lending discrimination in formerly redlined San Francisco communities between 1968 and 2008

The black population of San Francsico is about 55,000 people. If only 20% qualify, that's 11,000 recipents, with a pay out of $55 Billion. Given the size of the incentive, 20% seems like a conservative estimate. Busted for a joint and turned down for a loan? Here's 5 million.

San Francisco has an annual budget of $14 Billion, with a current deficit of $411 million.
