So amongst all the firearms from the auctions I have added this model 24

My first one was a 50's vintage 22lr/410, so will be nice to see how this one does, for some deer hunting and grouse should be good, and one can use pointy bullets in them.😳

Those V's sure got a lot heaver than the 24's in .22 or .22 mag. over the shotgun barrel.

How well did it shoot?

I've some that shot pretty well and others that were frustratingly inconsistent.

Mornin, had one for trapline use. The extractor would slip past the empty case, (30-30 or 20ga) can't remember which. With the extractor raised above case it was a pain to even get the case out with your jack knife. The grove was sort of rounded & the gun smith re-cut it on the mill. Just a heads up! GWP. 🐾👣🐾👣🇨🇦
