I’ve never seen a round nose silvertip but suppose anything is possible. I’d venture a guess they’re nickel plated.

I will check when I get home no a magnet does not stick to it. if you look closely at the bottom it looks like a jacket of some kind of filled with lead just similar to a full metal jacket bullet with an open bottom not a total metal jacket that's my phrases for them.
