I was under the impression that since the T1 shares the same action footprint with the T3x it used the same bases but apparently the T1x has an 11mm dovetail while the T3x has a 16.5mm dovetail. However, the mount hole spacing is .860" front and rear for both models.
So, for those with a Tikka T1x, what scope bases/mounts are you using?

Area 406 rail & tier one rings on a lr setup. Talley ring mounts and s&k base/rings on walk about shooters.
Golldammed motion detector lights. A guy can’t even piss off his porch in peace any more.

i use the mountain tactical 0moa rail on my 22lr, and jp adapters with burris rings on my 17hmr
I was also under the impressions that 2 piece t3x bases work also, but the one piece bases the holes wont line up with the t1x.

Yeah, I was caught a bit flat footed here thinking I had everything ready to go shooting when the rifle arrives this week but it looks like I can cannibalize a pair of Talley lightweight mounts from a T3x to get going while I choose and order the permanent mount. With the .860 hole spacing fore and aft they should work as a temporary solution even if they hang over the rail some. Thanks to all so far for posting what works for you and keep'em coming.

I use the Burris Signature rimfire rings, they have the synthetic inserts which do not mar scope finish and also allow utilizing different sized offset inserts should you want to build some elevation into the rings. They also come with two sets of mounting plates so that they will fit either 11mm or 3/8" dovetail. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1548430969drover
223 Rem, my favorite cartridge - you can't argue with truckloads of dead PD's and gophers.
