I thought I had heard tikka had a reputation for slower barrels. Has anyone chrono'd their 308? I am curious about the 150-165 weight class

Thanks

130 gr TTSX. 47.3 gr TAC. = 3085
150 gr Scirocco 42.3 gr 8028xbr= 2815
180 gr Hdy IL. 48.0 gr 2000MR= 2670
200 gr Speer HC 48.0 gr RL-17 = 2575

Don't have my 165/168 chrono data at the moment..

Mine is a T3 Superlite. It shoots tiny little groups with lots of different loads.

I don't think tikkas have "slow" barrels but like so many other manufacturers today have some freebore in the chamber area. Another 1-1.5 grains will have a tikka running with anyone and alot more accuracy will be likely too.
