OP MCMark Campfire Greenhorn M Joined: Aug 2020 Posts: 72 Yorkton Sk	Adding a metal butt plate to a rifle that came with a rubber one? Have a LH Zastava in 7.62x39 and am planning on adding a steel butt plate. Kinda thought it would be weird? Proud Left hander!

Oh yes, and it will cost money and likely devalue the rifle somewhat if you decide to sell it because the buyer may want a rubber recoil pad. However, if it please you - why not do it. drover 223 Rem, my favorite cartridge - you can't argue with truckloads of dead PD's and gophers.

Not woried about resell value since I bought the rifle for a excellent price Proud Left hander!
