I fail to see how re centering will effect the fact you ran out of adjustment. Perhaps the adjuster sticks?

The erector range is the erector range, regardless of how you’ve slipped the turret.

Yep. The Burris Signature rings work awesome. You adjust the scope "externally" with the inserts without using up the "clicks" of the scope, then fine tune with the scope.

Yep. The Burris Signature rings work awesome. You adjust the scope "externally" with the inserts without using up the "clicks" of the scope, then fine tune with the scope. I'd rather not cover up an issue with such inserts.

I just got word back from zeiss today that the scope was indeed defective and they are sending out a new one to replace it. They received the scope on the 26th of June and I should have the new replacement in the next few days. Great customer service IMO!
